SOLUTION: Used language identification information is given to the transmission frame of the message to discriminate whether a character code system corresponding to the language of a character code string received from the used language identification information is a computer-supported character code system. When the character code system corresponding to the language of the received character code string is supported, a message corresponding to the received character code string is generated according to the character code system.
