PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the input of personal information (name, address, telephone number, and credit card number) when an article is purchased. SOLUTION: At a provider, a customer identifier ID (connection ID, telephone number, etc.), and personal information are stored in a database DB and when the customer sends a connection request to the provider, an ID based upon the request is taken out to authenticate the customer by checking whether the ID is registered in the DB; when the check is passed, an IP address is given to the customer, the IP address and ID are recorded in an account log, and when an article purchase application at a terminal 10 is received by a shop server 51, the server 51 obtains the customer IP address from the application and sends it to the provider. The provider finds the corresponding ID from the IP address, takes the corresponding personal information out of the DB by using the ID and sends it to the server 51, which performs credit processing according to the personal information to sell the article. |
