PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delivery cost of goods in a mail order service using a communication network. SOLUTION: A user 1 performs user registration to a home delivery company Web 31 from a user terminal 10 (a step S1). A server of the home delivery company 30 stores user registration data 32 (a step S2), and notifies to a mail order company 2. A server of the mail order company 20 records it as user registration data 21 (a step S3). After the user 1 orders goods to the mail order company 2 and other mail order companies 2a, a consolidated goods list 34 of every mail order company is compiled in a first collection and delivery base 60a, and the goods are delivered to a nearest second collection and delivery base 60b (a step S9b). In the second collection and delivery base 60b, a home delivered goods list 35 of every purchasing user is compiled, and after all the goods on the home delivered goods list 35 arrive, all the goods are delivered to the user 1 by one delivery (a step S11). |
