PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment for stably fixing a battery. SOLUTION: A battery positive terminal 13 is made of a conductive rubber member, one side face of which is made to contact with a side face 14 of a battery cathode can, and at the same time, the other side face is made to contact with an inner periphery face of a battery frame. Also, its one side is directly connected to a positive power source pattern 9 of a circuit board, to be electrically conducted.
