PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder which can perform duplicate recording at a higher speed than a normal reproduction speed, and can protect a copyright in each object information in a state where object information reproduced from a source medium is programmed. SOLUTION: The recorder is provided with a memory 4 which stores attached information recorded on a source medium together with object information as information which determines the order of reproduction of the object information set through an operation part 8. It is discriminated whether or not attached information identical with attached information stored in the memory 4 is stored in reference to the attached information stored in the memory 4. When the identical attached information is stored in the memory 4, the number of times of reproduction of the object information discriminated by the identical attached information is limited to one time, and the order of reproduction of the object information is changed by deleting the identical attached information from the memory 4, or by prohibiting reproducing the object information without deleting it. Then, the duplicate recording of the object information reproduced from the source medium is performed on a recording medium on the basis of the change order of reproduction of the object information. |
