PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for heat recovery using a heat pipe which can simply remove the clogging on the side of an air current with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A plurality of plate-shaped heat pipes 11 are laid on top of one another with space W by partitions 13 between each heat pipe and the next. This partition 13 and the plural heat pipes 11 are banded together by fastener 15, one side of the heat pipes 11 with the above partition 13 inbetween is set to high temperature side, and the other side of the heat pipes 11 is set to low temperature side B.
