PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize transposition between dissimilar electronic signature methods and realize highly safe security communication. SOLUTION: A computer, which has a storage means storing various kinds of electronic signature methods and enables conversion among the stored electronic signature methods, is provided as a communication mediator between communication terminals. The mediator computer receives an electronic signature from one communication terminal and converts the electronic signature to a prescribed method and sends it to the other communication terminal. One or more biological authentication method is further stored in a mediator computer so that biological authentication is possible together with an electronic signature. Furthermore, if any of various kinds of electronic signature methods or biological authentication methods is made to be selected and executed every communication, a method which differs every time can be executed, thus realizing higher security strength. |
