PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal dehydration drying method adaptable for various pallets and an apparatus therefor which accomplish simple and quick setting up by ordinary workers, the elimination of the need for dangerous work, adaptation to necessary types, altering to match the shapes of pallets even after the introduction of the apparatus and dehydration of other objects than the pallets as well. SOLUTION: In the centrifugal dehydration drying method for various pallets and the apparatus therefor, a holding part 21 grabbing a pallet 1 is separated from a pallet rotating shaft 25, moved onto a transport conveyor 12 together with the pallet 1 by pallet lift support means 15, 16 and 17 to be carried outside a dehydration chamber 11 while a pallet holding part 21 holding a pallet 1 with another shape is carried into the dehydration chamber 11. The new pallet holding part is supplied onto the pallet rotating shaft of a pallet draining rotation means by the pallet lift support means to be linked thereto thereby enabling the replacement of the pallet holding part for centrifugal dehydration.
