<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve, through simple operations, the creation of operations to be done on a production line, the setting of the man-hours needed for the operations, and the verification of the operations created. SOLUTION: As a user using the support system teaches an animation which describes in order the flow of serial operations to be done on the production line, the support system automatically analyzes the action of the operator associated with each operation according to the animation describing the operations, and sets the man-hours needed for each action according to the result of this analysis. The support system adds up (integrates) the man-hours set for each action, thereby determining standard man-hours (unit of operation in a certain process on the production line comprising a plurality of operating processes) for the series of operations which the user desires (pays attention to).</p> |
