PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper member which is capable of easily regulating the position of a turning section of the damper member which acts prescribed buffer force to rotating force acting on a turning segment and greatly improving workability when this damper member is used and an opening/closing mechanism using the same. SOLUTION: The damper member which is used in the turning section acted with the rotating force and acts the prescribed buffer force to the rotating force acting on the turning segment is provided with a coupling section which relatively transmitably couples the turning section of external turning means and the turning force and turns the turning section of the damper member by the external turning means.
