PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert appliance facilitating the mounting work to a form and, at the same time, increasing fixed force to the form. SOLUTION: One end of a cylindrical holding device 19 is fitted to a hole section 18b of an insert body 18 having a female screw section 18a for screwing a mounting bolt in order to mount a mounted member, a body section 20a of a fixture 20 is fitted to the external side of the form 9 in a detachable manner through an adhesion layer 20c, at the same time, a projection 20b provided to the center of the body section 20a is inserted into an insertion hole 9a of the form 9, the holding device 19 is fitted and fixed to the projection 20b projected to the inside of the form 9, and after a concrete cast on the inside of the form 9 is solidified, the form 9 and the fixture 20 are removed.
