HEAT RADIATING AND COOLING COMPONENT, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating and cooling component with superior airtightness, extremely high adhesion strength, superior heat exchange performance and sufficient long-term reliability without exposing components constituting a container to a high temperature, and to provide a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the heat radiating and cooling component is composed of steps which include at least two pieces of the members for the heat radiating cooling component being prepared, surface treatment being executed by vapor etching on the joining surfaces of the at least two pieces of the members, and the joining surfaces to which the surface treatment being executed are brought into press contact.
