PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting a directivity of a light-emitting element which can enhance a performance by eliminating a directivity irregularity of the light-emitting element and can reduce manufacturing costs, and a range finder with a device for adjusting a directivity of a light-emitting element. SOLUTION: A spherical projecting part is formed to an outer peripheral face of a first fixing member 32 which holds the light-emitting element 20. A spherical recessed part is formed to an inner peripheral face of a second fixing member 33, which is fitted slidably into the outer peripheral surface. The directivity of the light-emitting element 20 is agreed with an optical axis L by rolling the first fixing member 32, so that a deviation of light emitted from the light-emitting element 20 to a direction of the optical axis L is made zero. Thereafter, the first fixing member 32 is pressed to the second fixing member 33 by screwing in a third fixing member 34 to prevent the first fixing member 32 from rotating. |
