摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form separation walls enabled to secure an insulating property between the second electrodes formed on organic EL layers, or between the second electrodes and the first electrodes by using ordinary resist. SOLUTION: A plurality of the first electrodes 3 are formed on a substrate 2 of the organic EL display panel 1 in a shape of parallel stripe. Separation walls 4 with insulating property are formed in the direction orthogonally crossing the direction of first electrodes 3, in a shape of parallel stripe, leaving the spaces for forming a plurality of organic EL elements 5. Organic EL layers 6 are formed on the first electrodes 3 and on the separation walls 4, and the second electrodes 7 are formed on the organic EL layers 6. The separation wall 4 is formed by using photoresist, and has a plurality of convex stripes 4a, 4b, extending parallel with the second electrodes 7. The cross section of respective convex stripes 4a, 4b has a shape of rectangles, and formed so that the ratio T/L becomes 1 or more, where T is the thickness of the convex stripes 4a, 4b, and L is the distance between the top end part of adjacent convex stripes 4a, 4b.
