PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive load driving circuit capable of preventing occurrence of a surge voltage. SOLUTION: An output transistor 5 is connected in parallel with an auxiliary transistor 6, the auxiliary transistor 6 is left in a conductive state, when the output transistor 5 is disconnected, and energy remaining in an inductive load 26 is made to be consumed by making current flow to the auxiliary transistor 6. When disconnection is made after attenuating the current caused to flow to the output transistor 5, the back electromotive force that is produced in the load 26 can be clamped by the threshold voltage of the auxiliary transistor 6, because the back electromotive force is small. |
