PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a determination processing of a variable value by automatically forming, changing, correcting or additionally forming an exclusive business program through inputting, changing, correcting or adding a condition description term according to a display screen even without any program knowledge. SOLUTION: The determination processor for the variable value comprises a means for inputting a condition description term with preliminarily determined processing order including execution conditions, variable name and variable value determination information or processing address in a predetermined processing order according to a screen shown by the description term screen input common program of an input screen display means to form an exclusive business description file; and a variable value arithmetic means for executing the variable value operation of the exclusive business description file in a predetermined processing order by a description term execution processing common program to input a specification to a variable value, and determining and outputting the variable value of a predetermined variable name.
