The call center registers information related to the customer at a call request database(A3). An SMS message requested by the customer is transmitted to the terminals of empty taxies(A4). The customer who tries to search an empty taxi, selects an empty taxi search menu on the Internet(B1). A list of empty taxies is displayed, which is arranged by the distance, the administrative districts, or empty taxi registration time(B2). The customer selects one taxi(B3). The call center transmits the SMS message to the terminal of the selected taxi(B4). A driver of the selected taxi and the customer exchanges detailed call information via telephone connection(B5). If call request valid time passes, the registered call requested is automatically removed(B6).
