A bunch of structural elements to prestress load supporting framework or to act as anchoring link or inclined cable for supension bridges, consists of the strands (1) which are arranged around a central core strand (1'). A soft plastic material (3) such as PE has been extruded to cover them and to fill the voids between them. The corrosion resistance is improved, if the individual strands are coated by a rigid plastic (4).
