PURPOSE:To provide the joining method and device of a fusible body and bar capable of preventing rapid cooling of joining part in joining a fusible body and bar. CONSTITUTION:Concerning the method, while a fusible body 6 is abutted to a bar 7, a contact part Q is irradiated with laser beam, at the moment the fusible body 6 is heated/melted, a laser beam irradiation mouth is traveled more to the bar side in the prescribed distance and the bar 7 is heated by laser beam, while the contact part Q is heated in low temp. through the heat transfer from bar 7, it is gradually cooled and hardened. The device consists of a first clamp part to clamp the fusible body, a second clamp part which is elastically pressed to the fusible body side and makes the bar abut to the fusible body while clamping the bar, a laser oscillator to irradiate laser beam to the joining part between the fusible and bar, a base plate integrated in the second clamp part and to regulate a travel of the bar and a micrometer which is integrated in the first clamp part as a head parts are placed apart from the base plate and facing each other and which regulates a traveling quantity of the bar while abutting the base plate traveled at the time of heating/melting of fusible body to the head part. |
