PURPOSE: A tube plate of evaporator for automobile is provided to increase turbulence of refrigerant and to keep stiffness of a tube. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of tube plates comprises a first tube plate(11), an upper plate of the tube plates; a second tube plate(13), a lower plate of the tube plates; and an offset-strip type insertion fin(100) comprising a first fin having a plurality of bent parts formed thereon and a second fin having a plurality of bent parts crossing the bent parts of the first fin and joined to the first fin by blazing and inserted between the first tube plate and the second tube plate, all of which are arranged in mixed method of hard-way and easy-way.
