<p>An exhaust emission control device capable of reducing the effect of air pollutants such as nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon, and particulates thereon and, particularly, having a sufficient effect on the reduction of the air pollutants exhausted from an unmodified internal combustion engine proper, wherein a muffling chamber (20) having a muffling effect forming a first venturi means having a first conical venturi (22) and allowing a first stage streamlining and thermal expansion and changing the exhaust gas streamlined at the first stage into a non-streamlined flow, a streamlining chamber (30) as a second venturi means having a center-restricted venturi (32) and allowing a second stage streamlining and thermal expansion, and a heating expansion chamber (40) as a third venturi means having a second conical venturi (42) and a reverse conical venturi (43) and causing a thermal change are stored in an outer box (10).</p> |
