PURPOSE: A method and a system for constructing an EC(Electric Commerce) shopping mall using a job seeking/offering information service are provided to recommend the optimized goods suitable to a user by using the high quality information collecting form the simple job information provision as a survey function. CONSTITUTION: An intermediator(7) forms a job seeking/offering category(11), the goods category(13) matching to respective categories and an input form capable of evaluating the job seeking/offering input form as a substitution for the survey for the goods sales. The intermediator invites a member comprising a job seeker and a job offering company and stores the information of the job seeker and the company in the databases. The intermediator stores the goods information applying a target evaluation element suitable to a characteristic of the sales goods. In case that the job seeker/offerer searches the category in order to search the job information, the goods of the shopping mall category matching to the category is displayed at a fixed position together with the job information by a target evaluation program.
