PURPOSE: A reflective advertisement article is provided to improve the effect of advertisement by making an object advertised to be reflected on a mirror, and to reduce the usage of energy by selectively using electric power energy and wind force. CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft(2,2') of a rotator(1,1') containing an advertisement paragraph is coupled to a rotating shaft of a motor fixed in a bearing(3,3'), an upper end of the rotating shaft of the rotator is fitted to a bearing(4,4'), and a wind velocity meter(15) consisted of an arm(8) and a wind bleak member(9) is fixed to the upper end of the rotating shaft, and a mirror is coupled to the rear side of them.
