PURPOSE: A method for generating a movie compression file is provided to perform the compression by lowering resolution of images when editing contents, so that a data amount of the re-edited contents is reduced. And the method is provided to decide the sequence of the images and provide functions necessary for the Internet, when importing and re-editing the each compressed image. CONSTITUTION: Each kind of content or image is imported(S41). An imported movie is edited in a necessary part or for a necessary time(S42). Cut images are exported in sequence(S43). An image compression program is driven and each image for which exporting is performed is imported, then resolution for each image is lowered for compression(S44). The compressed images are imported(S45). The imported images are arranged with frames of a time line, and necessary functions are provided to each frame(S46). Sequence is applied to the arranged images, to create a movie and generate a movie compression file(S47). And the generated movie compression file is stored in a database(S48).
