PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a handling characteristic by increasing speed for automatically supplying hot water to a bathtub using together a gas burner of an ordinary hot water supply system and a gas burner of a bath following burning system and preventing the fall of the temperature of hot water supplied from other plug when other plug of the ordinary hot water supply system is opened during the automatic hot water supply to the bathtub. SOLUTION: This hot water supply system comprises an ordinary hot water supply system 10 for heating water flowing in a water supply pipe 12 and discharging it from a hot water supply pipe 14, a bath following burning system 40 for circulating hot water in a bathtub 42 and following burning and heating it, a connecting passage 70 for connecting the hot water supply pipe 14 of the ordinary hot water supply system 10 to the bath following burning system 40 and guiding the hot water heated by the ordinary hot water supply system 10 to the bath following burning system 40 and a bypass passage 80 for connecting the water supply pipe 12 of the ordinary hot water supply system 10 to the connecting passage 70 and guiding water flowing in the water supply pipe 12 to the bath following burning system 40 without heating it by the ordinary hot water supply system 10. The connecting passage 70 is provided with a check valve 84 for preventing water fed through the bypass passage 80 from flowing into the hot water supply pipe 14 of the ordinary hot water supply system 10. |
