PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate optical paths with the small bend of a scanning line without using a half mirror or the like by making an image formation mirror to be an anamorphic shape in which a curve forming a specifice radius on a main scanning flat plate is rotated with a specific radius by making the axis of a main scanning direction a rotational axis. SOLUTION: The luminous flux reflected by the deflecting reflection surface of a deflector 4 is reflected by a first return mirror 5 toward an image formation mirror 7 to be emitted toward a second return mirror 6 by being converged. Moreover, the flux is reflected by the second return mirror 6 again toward the image formation mirror 7 to be reflected again and converged and is converged as an optical spot to optically scan on the surface to be scanned of a photosensitive body 8 in a constant speed. Then, the shape of the image formation mirror 7 is made to be the anamorphic shape in which the curve X (H) drawn with a radius Rm around a point O on a main scanning plane is rotated with a radius Rs arround a point O' by making an axisαbeing on the main scanning plane and being parallel with the main scanning direction a rotational axis. |
