摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: unit includes device for separation of media, tangential air intake branch pipe and drain branch pipe for hoses which are brought in communication with intake and drain mains; unit includes also accumulator and vacuum pump with electric motor and control panel. Device for separation of media is made in form of separator connected with accumulator. Intake branch pipe is provided with head; air branch pipe located along axis of separator is provided with ports over perimeter of its taper portion. Separator is provided with protective shield mounted in its upper portion. Protective shield is made in form of member embracing the air branch pipe; it is open towards drain branch pipe which brings separator is communication with accumulator. Separator is also provided with float. Located in accumulator are float and tube whose one end is brought in communication with atmosphere and other end is brought in communication with upper portion of separator. Mounted on the outside of accumulator is rod provided with levers connected with upper and lower dampers of accumulator fitted on drain branch pipe and at accumulator outlet. This rod is used for synchronous change-over of dampers from preset position to opposite position at respective opening and closing of drain branch pipe and extension from accumulator due to spring-loaded levers for simultaneous and unidirectional turn relative to their axes through angle of 90 deg.
