摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for improving a deep water part by moving a large quantity of dissolved oxygen rich water existing almost infinitely on the surface layer with simple equipment without using a compressor or a blower or operating a circulation system or a convection system by a method performed by easy operation with a reduced power cost and small vibration and noise. SOLUTION: The apparatus for moving the enriched dissolved oxygen rich water to the deep water part to improve poor oxygen state in the deep water layer is operated by providing a vertical pipe under a water surface from near the water surface and a pump, a blade or the like near a flow-in port, operating the pump to forcibly feed the oxygen enriched surface layer water, which is collected naturally to the flow-in port with the horizontal movement, to the deep water part from the vertical pipe and discharging the collected and forcibly fed surface water from a discharge port at the lower end of the vertical pipe to the deep water layer of the outside.</p>
