PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush for cleaning in a duct of an endoscope not deforming or not damaging or the like due to an improper use without enabling inserting of the brush into the duct having an excessively slender diameter. SOLUTION: The brush for cleaning in the duct of the endoscope comprises a distal end tip 5 having a minimum diameter (d) of a duct diameter D or more capable of passing a brush material 2 and provided at a distal end side from the material 2.
