PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive freshness-retaining cassette for inhibiting the browning and decay of vegetables and fruits, to provide a storage container installed with the same, and to provide a refrigerator equipped with the same. SOLUTION: This freshness-retaining cassette 10 is formed by sealing natural evaporable components including a browning-inhibiting component 2 and an antibacterial component 12 in a low-permeable package container 6 with a low-permeable film 8. When the freshness-retaining cassette 10 is used, the sealing state is removed to release the browning-inhibiting component 2 and the antibacterial component 12. Thereby, the browning of the vegetables and the fruits are inhibited, while the qualities of the stored vegetables and fruits are retained.
