<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tray containers which can be used as tableware, manufactured from a plant material, and the technology to manufacture them. SOLUTION: Rice husks 1 as the plant material and a binder 3 such as a urea resin are pulverized 2 and made into a fine powder 4. Then, the pulverized and powdered rice husks 1 and the binder 3 are measured 5 and mixed 6. In addition, they are agitated 8 by an agitator with a shellac 1 as an additive. The agitated mixture 9 of the rice husks 1, the binder 3 and the shellac 7 is heated 11 and compressed 12 by a molding machine. Thus, a tray container molded article 13 is molded 10. The tray container molded article 13 is coated 14, and a tray container 16 which can prevent folmaldehyde from being emitted is manufactured.</p> |
