PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a mowing operation of high grass is carried out, both a mowing process and a grass collecting process can not be performed by one machine and a machine for collecting reaped refuse produced in cutting bushes on a street has never been found. SOLUTION: Grass is cut by a mowing process by the rotation of a reaping blade (2) of a mower and reaped grass is collected by a grass collecting and receiving plate (8). Grass left behind is sent to the grass collecting and receiving plate (8) by the rotation of a brush (3), passed through a grass collecting duct (6) by air sent from a blower (4) and collected in a grass collecting bag (5). Consequently, a series of operations from a mowing process to a grass collecting process can be carried out by one machine. The machine can be used as a sweeper for collecting reaped refuse produced in cutting bushes on a street.
