PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate disconnection of a lamp device from a front face side of a wiring board and ensure electric connection by forming a pair of locking piece parts with given intervals from a flange part formed outside of a base body and restraining an extending direction of a lead wire. SOLUTION: A pair of locking piece parts 5 are erected from a side wall 31 on a bottom wall 33 side opposite to a lamp attachment hole 32 with given intervals from a lower face of a flange part 4 protruded at the side wall 31 at a substantial center of a base body 3. On the bottom wall 33 of the lamp attachment hole 32 of the base body 3, a pair of lead wire through holes and lead wire guide grooves are formed, and on the side wall 31 a lead wire guide groove to be connected to the flange part 4 at a part at which the locking piece part 5 is removed is constituted. A glass bulb 61 of a no-base type electric bulb 6 is engagingly inserted into the lamp attachment hole 32. A lead wire 62 led out from the glass bulb 61 is housed and extended into a lead wire through hole of the bottom part 33, the lead wire guide groove, and a lead wire guide groove of the flange part 4, wound around an locking cut groove of the flange part 4, and locked. |
