PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly treat olive expression cake and oil expression waste liquid which are industrial waste without pollution and, in the course, to extract food original having a tertiary function. SOLUTION: This treatment of olive oil expression cake and oil expression waste liquid is composed of roasting, crushing, concentration and burning. In the roasting, a sarcocarp part is separated from a seed part, a crushed olive powder is grained from the sarcocarp part and the seed part is made burned ash. In the concentration, concentrated polyphenol liquid is separated from distilled water and the distilled water is reused as oil expression mixed water. |
