The present invention concerns a device for a pulp dryer with warm air as the drying medium in which the air is arranged to arrive warmed from at least one steam battery (6), meet and dry the moist pulp web (2) and circulate back to the steam battery (6) when laden with fibres with loose fibres from the pulp web (2), which steam battery (6) is equipped with a net filter (9) in order to filter out the loose fibres from the air.
