PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure wherein residues and base materials in a garbage disposer are separated from each other by using a screw feeder, and only the residues are discharged. SOLUTION: This disposer is provided with a screw feeder (1) in the direction of the rotation axis of a garbage disposer and with an opening (5) of such a size that only the residues can pass through it, whereupon the residues and the base materials falling from the top of the screw feeder (1) are separated from each other.
