<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered ceramic circuit board with a built-in resistor which is easily regulated in resistance, wherein terminal effects can be restrained, and a ceramic circuit board can be protected against delamination after it has been baked. SOLUTION: A resistor-attached multilayered ceramic circuit board is equipped with laminated insulating ceramic layers 10a to 10e, a pair of inner conductors 13 which are formed between the insulating layers 10a to 10e to be connected to a resistor 16, a via hole conductor 14 connected to the inner conductor 13, and the resistor 16 whose ends are connected to the inner conductors 13, wherein an inner inter-conductor insulating layer 15 is formed between the inner conductors 13, and the ends of the resistor 16 are each connected to only the lamination sides of the inner conductors 13.</p> |
