<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and remove the oil, especially including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, in oil-polluted soil. SOLUTION: This method for decomposing and removing oil-polluted soil by microorganism consists in controlling the oil-polluted soil for a specified period to enhance the decomposing activity of the microorganism in the soil (step 101). Meanwhile, wood such as sawdust is used as a carrier, and white rotting bacteria as a kind of Basidiomycetes is added to the carrier along with a nutritive culture medium to propagate the bacteria (step 102). Subsequently, the sufficient atrophy of the indigenous bacteria in oil-polluted soil is timed, the lignin decomposing enzyme is added into the polluted soil along with the white rotting bacteria and their carrier (step 103), and then the ratio (C/N ratio) of the total carbon(T-C) to total nitrogen(T-N) in the soil is controlled to >=100 (step 104).</p> |
