<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use recycled paper as a material for a pad to eliminate the evolution of toxic gas which is evolved when polystyrene foam products for pads are manufactured or incinerated, by providing at least two L-shaped pads in a frame sheet which is in a state that each of bottom side walls and each of back side walls intersect with each other at a right angle, respectively, and forming the pads different in thickness to have a difference in level so as to provide a gap. SOLUTION: Bottom side walls 2 and a back wall 5 are folded and raised at a right angle from both sides of a bottom wall 3 along bottom side folding lines 1 and from a back side thereof along a bottom back folding line 4, respectively. A rectangular insertion groove 10 having a gap width corresponding to the thickness of one sheet and penetrating through the bottom side wall 2 from a partial region at the central portion of the bottom side folding line 1 is opened to each of the bottom side walls 2. The bottom side walls 2 and back side walls 7 extending to both sides of the back wall 5 and having the same size as the width of each bottom side wall 2 are fixed to one another in such a state that they are joined together at a right angle. There are two ways of fixing a structure. That is, one fixing structure is such that a region where each bottom side wall 2 and each back side wall 7 are superposed on each other is bonded, and the other fixing structure is such that an insertion piece 9 extending to a front region of a lower edge of each back side wall 7 through a half folding line 8 is inserted into each of the insertion grooves 10, and that L-shaped pads 12 are put into a frame sheet 11 to be bonded thereto, while simultaneously bonding the insertion pieces 9. Any of these two kinds of the fixing structures may be usable.</p> |
