SOLUTION: A detecting device OJC detects an object by detecting treatment devices DET1, DET2, DET3, DET4 through the change in the input impedance formed between sensor electrodes and the object. A controller CNT to permit or prohibit the drive of the detecting treatment devices is provided, the information from a vehicle speed pulse and a signal of a brake switch BKs are received by the controller, and the controller outputs the control signal Sc for permission or prohibition of the detecting treatment devices based on the information on the vehicle speed and the signal on the brake operating condition.</p> |
