PURPOSE:To obtain polymer particles at good efficiency by adding a polymer solution prepared by dissolving a polymer in an organic solvent to running water under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A polymer solution prepared by dissolving a polymer (e.g. ethyl methacrylate/methyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid copolymer) in an organic solvent (e.g. ethyl acetate/n-butanol solvent) is continuously added to running water desirably in a turbulent flow. |
