PURPOSE: A system and a method for saving and sending the contents of a call are provided to save the contents of the call in a text as well as in a voice, thereby refreshing memory and using the contents as evidence. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile telecommunication terminal generates a call, the call is authenticated and transmitting/sending data are encoded(S21,S22). It is searched whether a calling party and a receiving party have subscribed for a call contents saving and sending service(S23). If not, a general call process is performed(S24). If any party has subscribed, the contents of a call performed between the calling party and the receiver party are saved in a voice(S25,S26). It is detected whether the call is terminated, so that the saved call contents are read for converting voices into characters(S27,S28). The converted characters are transmitted to a mail server(S29).
