PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide healthy food containing bean curd as a main material, promoting the recycle of the bean curd, having a high additional value, to containing the edible fibers of the bean curd as a main component, having good storage stability, uses highly physiologically active substances contained in soybeans which, because the substances are considerably left in the bean curd. SOLUTION: The granules of 95 wt.% of dry bean curd lee powder (produced by Takion limited liability company; Himeji city) and 5 wt.% of powdered vinegar are lightly molded and filled into hard capsules with a filling machine to prepare the capsules. 90 wt.% of the dry bean curd lee powder (produced by Takion limited liability company; Himeji city), 5 wt.% of starch and 5 wt.% of a grain vinegar are mixed, homogeneously kneaded using a kneader, transferred to the hopper of a tableting machine and then subjected to a compression-molding treatment into tablets by a direct power-compressing method. In addition, 95 wt.% of the dry bean curd lee powder (produced by Takion limited liability company; Himeji city) and 5 wt.% of powdered vinegar are homogeneously kneaded using a kneading machine and then filled into small bags with a filling machine to prepare the small filled bags. |
