PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transplanter by providing operating tools partially stopping the delivery of fertilizer through delivering parts in a plurality of the delivering parts to hinder the supply of seedlings to a seedling planter and to prevent increases in length of a machine body. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter with the fertilizing device is obtained by arranging operating tools 35 for performing operations to partially stop the driving of a plurality of the delivering parts 21 by making the operating tools 35 enter the lower side of a hopper 20 between the left and the right of the delivering parts 21 when viewed from the front of the machine body and arranging the operating tools 35 on the upper side of an air chamber 26 when viewed from the side of the machine body in the seedling transplanter with the fertilizing device having a plurality of the delivering parts 21 for delivering the fertilizer in the hopper 20 on the lower side of the hopper 20 storing the fertilizer transversely arranged left and right at the rear of a traveling car body and on the front side of a seedling planter and capable of feeding the fertilizer delivered with the delivering parts 21 through respective hoses 22 to a furrow opener with air discharged from the left and right oblong air chamber 26 and applying the fertilizer.
