PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary brush assembly of a dish washer and the assembling/disassembling method thereof, whose vibration rotation of the cleaning brush can be made smaller, unstable rotation of the brush based on a fitting gap between the rotary brush and a drive shaft or a support shaft can be suppressed, and rotary brush can be assembled/disassembled without labor. SOLUTION: The brush main body 27 is driven rotated by a support shaft 29A penetrating through the brush main body 27 pivotally supported rotatable and movable in the axial direction coaxially with a drive shaft 30A, and is slidable in the axial direction against the support shaft 29 and driven rotated by the support shaft 29A, and movement of the brush main body 27 in the axial direction is regulated by the support shaft 29A and the drive shaft 30A, and the support shaft 29A and the drive shaft 30A are enabled to engage/ disengage rotation transmission between both and movement of the support shaft 29A in the axial direction is regulated by a detachable regulating means 35.
