PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coated HPCF(hard polymer clad fiber) without reducing an adhesion between a core of quartz glass and a clad of a fluororesin by change of environmental temperature. SOLUTION: An initial adhesion between the core 1 of the quartz glass and the clad 2 of the fluororesin is adjusted to 100 g/mm or more.
