PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ashtray having sufficient capacity for cigarette butts, high in recovery efficiency, sure to set on a front board, securing putting out the cigarette butts therein, and also easy to dispose of the cigarette butts. SOLUTION: This ashtray comprises an ashtray body having a funnel-shaped bottom face and provided with a port projectedly downward of the bottom face through which cigarette butts are to be thrown down, a cigarette butts container having an opening through which the port is to be insertably put, and a member for detachably holding the container on the ashtray body in such a condition as to insert the port through the opening; wherein the ashtray body is equipped with an ashtray support supported on the upper rim of a hole on the support table side for setting the ashtray body in such a condition as to mount the ashtray body on the hole.
