FALLING OBJECT CATCHING NET FOR HOT-LINE WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in the conventional net for a bucket vehicle many of which are given an intricate and large-scale structure in consideration of the net expantion, and the arms are made of steel so as to increase the catching area to deal with the weight of the net. SOLUTION: The frames and arms of the net are made of FRP pipes high insulation so as to reduce the weight. The socket at the connecting portion of the arm is made of a thin steel pipe and the arm is inserted into the socket so as to increase the rigidity. The arm is formed in the inverted V shape, which makes it possible to extend the arm long. Furthermore, the center portion of the net is given a foldable structure, and the net can be enclosed compactly.
