PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing a liquid crystal display is provided to test liquid crystal displays even when one glass has at least six liquid crystal display panels. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing a liquid crystal display includes a chuck(32) on which liquid crystal display panels are loaded, a multiplexer body(38), and a probe frame body(48). The multiplexer body is attached to one side of the chuck to generate a test pattern signal. The probe frame body is placed above the chuck, being vertically movable, and divided into at least two parts to apply a test signal to shorting bars formed on the liquid crystal display panels. The probe frame body is divided into at least three so as to simultaneously provide the test signal to at least six liquid crystal display panels.
