The joint, comprising an inner body (2) designed to be fixed to a suspended component, a coaxial outer frame fixed to a chassis, and a moulded elastomer block in the space between them forming two fluidfilled chambers. The inner body and outer frame are shaped to form a channel connecting the chambers, e.g. in the form of a peripheral channel in the inner body. The outer frame is in the form of a tubular member with its ends folded over after filling for crimping to the inner body.
